Hello everyone ! My name is Laura Sheffield and I have lived in the neighborhood for 10 years, we have been on the Flyers for 6 of those years. I am married to John Sheffield, and we have two boys Christian and Preston. I am a fulltime administrative assistant for H-E-B, and I have been with the company 26 years. My little sister Lourdes is also a flyer, and you will always see my dad and his wife at the meets and practices . The swim team is family time for us, and it brings families closer together. I am so excited about our future season together. I am also a stroke and turn official.
Hi there! My name is Raquel, and I've been in Prestonwood since 2022 where I live with my husband Harold “Louie”, bonus daughter Jayda, son Ryan and two pups. Originally from Missouri City, I did some time in Huntsville at SHSU and now WFH for a corporate law firm in finance. Ryan is a fourth year flyer and Jayda is a track star so you will often see my family darting off from Swim meets to track and vice-versa as they usually overlap in the summer. I can usually be found coordinating events with our sponsor/vendors and dancing around the pool with Laura. We had such a great time last year we can’t wait for the new season with our Flyer Family! I am also a stroke and turn official.
Greetings, my name is Kelly Holley. I am the daughter of two wonderful parents who raised me right here from Hancock to Cy-Creek; I was a flyer and on the Prestonwood Youth Tennis Team. I attend Lakewood Methodist, and I have fond memories of church camp in Palestine, TX and tennis camp at T Bar M. I graduated from Stephen F. Austin with a Bachelor of Science and have three daughters: Millie, Kristina, and Savannah. While the older two have flown from the nest, Savannah is a seasoned Flyer. In the time we have been with the team, I am already inspired to be a better person; it is my hope that we can all be that for each other. Thank you for the honor and privilege to be a part of this team.

I’m Brooklynn I am the team rep for the 2025 season. I have two girlies that have swam with Prestonwood Flyers since 2021. I love everything about this swim team. The families, the memories, the perseverance of our swimmers, I could name so many things. It has been such an honor to represent this team. I cannot wait to see what this season brings to the Flyers!!! WHO ROCKS THE HOUSE?
Howdy, My name is Lily Ramirez and my family and I have spent our first full year in the neighborhood. My children. Joaquin and Olivia spent their first summer as flyers last year and had an amazing experience. My husband Justin Ramirez and I were so overwhelmed by the support and selfless commitment that pours from this community and I'm beyond grateful I was asked to be a closer part of it. I am a Physical Therapist Assistant and a Rehab Liaison working for Encompass Inpatient Rehab Hospital here in the vintage for 10 years. i love anything chocolate, family time and the rush of these 30 second races! I'm super excited about this coming season and being a member of this amazing team.
